Woman Center for Development and Culture in Albania has been actively engaged in projects and initiatives to address the drivers of violent extremism, particularly those affecting women and marginalized communities .

Organization of awareness campaigns: Organising trainings for youths and students.

Capacity Building: Providing training and capacity-building programs for women and community leaders to recognize the signs of radicalization and to develop skills for conflict resolution and peacebuilding.
Community Engagement: Engaging with communities to raise awareness about the risks of violent extremism, promote social cohesion, and foster dialogue and understanding among different groups.
Empowerment Programs: Implementing projects aimed at empowering women economically, socially, and politically, as empowered women are less vulnerable to radicalization and more likely to contribute to peaceful communities.
Research and Advocacy: Conducting research to better understand the local context of violent extremism and advocating for policies and programs that address the root causes and empower communities to prevent radicalization.
Partnerships and Networking: Collaborating with local and international organizations, government agencies, and other civil society groups to maximize the impact of their P/CVE efforts
