1. Cultural meeting – “Education is an investment for our common future”

On October 25, 2018, a cultural meeting was organized on the premises of the Woman Center to open the new academic year with the students of Aleksander Xhuvani University.

2. Training on Effective Communication

Training on "Effective Communication," was delivered by the professor of New York University in Tirana, Emiliano Kaziaj. Through this activity WCDCA aimed to equip participants with essential skills to articulate ideas clearly

Tolerance and Peace

On November 20, 2018, the Woman Center for Development and Culture Albania organized a seminar on “Tolerance and Peace." The honorary guest was Mrs. SamiaBibars, Director of the Inter-Civilizations Dialogue Department and League of Arab States.

4. Training and Workshop on Strategic Planning with a Gender Perspective

On February 1, 2018, at the Imperial Hotel, the Women Center for Development and Culture Albania organized two training sessions on strategic planning.

5. First aid training

"First Aid training" was organized within the framework of the academic training support programs offered by WCDCA. The sessions were led by psychologist Irena Xhaferraj, representative of the Red Cross team in Elbasan.

Woman Center for Development and Culture Albania organized the student training: “FEMALE, SOCIETY & INTERSHIP" to inform and orient the students towards the best models for academic and professional progress.
