The project was implemented to analyse and increase the capacities of the local communities and local government institutions at addressing reintegration and rehabilitation of women and children returned from Syria and Iraq.

The proposed pilot action was implemented in Elbasan municipality and was focused on women’s and children returnees from Syria and Iraq.
