Youth active Peacebuilders lobby for safe communities founded by Youth Capital Tirana, Municipality of Tirana

This project aims to deliver the topic of 1325 and 2250 for the first time in rural areas, in 20 Administrative Units of Librazhd, Prrenjas and Gramsh Municipalities, in which Youth Peacebuilders Alb. Network will train their peers for 1325 and 2250, The Human Rights card and the design of youth project ideas for proactive engagement of youth.

The general objective of the project:

Youth (boys and girls) peacebuilders become important actors to empower their peers, lobby and make decisions for safe and peaceful communities with sustainable development and towards European integration.

The results:

Drafting of 3 modules for TOT Training for the

development of workshops with 15 young people from the youth PEACEBUILDING network.

• 10 workshops for young people in 20 AU of Prrenjas, Librazhd and Gramsh municipalities.
• 326 youth were trained and introduced to Resolutions 1325/2250 for the first time.
• 326 youth increased their knowledge on Human Rights and approaches of lobbying to achieve these rights.
