The project “An integrated approach to promote women and youth as peacebuilders in Albania” undertaken by WCDCA, continued its journey in the promotion and implementation of resolution 1325 in the municipality of Belsh. The engagement of the participants was very significant and a call for further work in the implementation of new policies for protection and promotion of active citizenship for the benefit of the development of sustainable communities. Belsh is a developing municipality, which beyond natural resources has great human resources to invest. The energy of youth of this city demonstrates that they need more concrete and well-oriented activities in the framework of the implementation of resolution 1325 and other activities that offer more opportunities for future and concrete involvement and engagement in the Community and abroad. After the Pre and Past test questionnaire evaluation we noticed that they are a valuable asset but also a community in need to be invested.
