Training on Effective Communication

Training on “Effective Communication,” was delivered by the professor of New York University in Tirana, Emiliano Kaziaj. Through this activity WCDCA aimed to equip participants with essential skills to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively, and engage in meaningful interactions. The target group were 50 students from “Aleksander Xhuvani “University. Through practical exercises and theoretical insights, the training sought to enhance both verbal and non-verbal communication skills, empowering individuals to express themselves effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.

Results:

  • 50 participants improved communication proficiency, as evidenced by clearer articulation of ideas, active listening behaviors, and enhanced rapport-building skills.
  • 50 participants raised self-awareness of their communication styles and preferences, enabling them to adapt flexibly to different contexts and audiences.

In conclusion, the impact of the “Effective Communication” training extends far beyond the classroom for our cohort of 50 students. As they integrate these newfound skills into their daily interactions.  By prioritizing clarity, empathy, and active listening. WCDCA through this training facilitated an environment where understanding, cooperation, and success thrive serving as a tool for positive change, to achieve our collective goals and navigate the complexities of the modern workplace with confidence and cohesion.
