The project aims to empower women, particularly mothers in 3 municipalities of Albania to become active actors within their families and their communities at preventing all forms of violent extremism. To assess the needs, challenges and capacities of at least 100 women as mothers in 3 municipalities, to respond to violent extremism phenomena with their children and their influence at building resilient communities, funded by American embassy. 

Over the years WCDCA has contributed to the growth and empowerment of young people, students from rural areas, students in need and students of the pre-university system through:

• Oferring Professional academic courses
• Organising Workshops
• Sposorizing Academic training and carrier orientation courses.
• Engaing them in volunteer campings ,
• Buildig partnership with local and international organisations for orientation and increeasing the opportunities for intership and study opportunities abroad.
